Surrounded by constantly vortexes and wind, Helium is a place few choose to handle despite it being a city. The central region of the area is surrounded and protected by a massive wall of wind, whereas the rest of it expands out and down towards Heikar Keep. It is an essential training ground for any aspiring wind magic user, given the high natural energy provided by the city can be absorbed and mustered almost in the same manner as some can by tapping into Sonera's deep magic. |

The capital city of Sonera ruled by the aristocracy of the Hiphierial elves. Alastor despite it's inland locale is actually a mass of floating land, kept in the air by powerful wards that tap into Sonera's deep magic. It has waterfalls dripping back down to the mainland and compared to other cities, its architecture is the grandeur. Most of its buildings are alabaster white, incorporating ivory and expertly carved stone. Blue drapes flag throughout the city as representation of the Raiiveske clan. |
