The capital city of Sonera ruled by the aristocracy of the Hiphierial elves. Alastor despite it's inland locale is actually a mass of floating land, kept in the air by powerful wards that tap into Sonera's deep magic. It has waterfalls dripping back down to the mainland and compared to other cities, its architecture is the grandeur. Most of its buildings are alabaster white, incorporating ivory and expertly carved stone. Blue drapes flag throughout the city as representation of the Raiiveske clan.
